Our Cancellation, Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

At PECTIV, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order, and we want to address them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Cancellation and Refund:
Due to the delicate nature of our PECTIV products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled and refunds are not available for PECTIV products purchased. However, if we overcharge your credit or debit card or charge your debit or credit card in error, we shall refund the excess to your card.

Return and Exchange:
We take health, safety, and hygiene seriously, and therefore PECTIV products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you receive a defective product, please email us at hello@pectiv.com within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of your order. In the email, include your full name, order number, image of the defective product, and the date of purchase and delivery. We'll evaluate the situation and offer you a solution.
